Tax Audit in Tally.ERP 9



Tax Audit process helps in ensuring that the books of accounts and other records reflect the true income of the assessee and is maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

    Form 3CD

    Tally.ERP 9 provides the facility of printing Form 3CD with the required Annexures to file the Tax Audit returns under section 44AB.

To complete Form 3CD refer to Filling Form 3CD section.
To print Form 3CD refer to Printing Form 3CD section.
The additional Forms i.e. Form 3CA and Form 3CB can also be printed from Tally.ERP 9.
Annexures to Clause 16, 17(a-m), 18, 21, 24(a), 24(b) can be generated as explained in Printing Tax Audit Annexures section

It is shown on the Receipt Side of the Receipt & Payment A/c. It is not taken as an Income rather it is shown as a Capital Receipt and is shown in the Liabilities side of Balance Sheet.Some Authors show General donations in 2 Parts based on the amount of Donation received.
